SATELLITE TRAINING PROGRAM

One of the benefits that many people have mentioned throughout the years training with me is that they can just look at the whiteboard to get the workout of the day and just do it, simple as that.  They make decisions all day long and to take a reprieve from that in the gym where they can just turn their mind off for a bit is very enjoyable and needed.

This premise set the platform for what has become my Satellite Training Program, allowing people, no matter their location, to be sent a workout completely programmed FOR THEM, BY ME, 3-4 times per week, that can be done at a gym convenient to them.

I have always wanted to reach as many people as possible with my philosophy and attitude towards health and fitness, and this platform continues along those lines.  Any participant of the program must work with me in person for 7 sessions to acquire standards of movement that I have deemed necessary for safe and efficient exercise programs.  From that point on, I will have the confidence in your ability to execute the workouts that I have tailored for you depending on your daily lifestyle requirements and goals that you wish to accomplish.

SQUAT - DEADLIFT - MOBILITY - PUSH DAY - PULL DAY - ABDOMINALS - CARDIOVASCULAR (HIIT/LISS Programming)
